It is double game week time and we play a FREE HIT this week. We would advise the utilisation of this chip if you do not already have the minimum of 4-5 players from both Liverpool and West Ham.
With a FREE HIT, you can focus your value on your first XI and not worry about your bench.
The below squad has been assembled at 99.8 We would indicate if we think possible upgrades are plausible to the below team.
GK – Jordan Pickford (EVE | 5.3) – Looking across the fixtures, Everton look among the most likely to keep a clean sheet.
DEF – Trent Alexander-Arnold (LIV | 7.5) – Hefty cost for a defender but definitely worth the pick. We expect Liverpool to keep at least one clean sheet.
DEF – Johnny Evans (LEI | 5.3) – Leicester are not in good form but when playing at home, they are always favourite to keep a clean sheet against West Ham. <possible upgrade to Ricardo Pereira for 1.1 more)
DEF – Martin Kelly (CRY | 4.4) – Palace are due a clean sheet and Kelly packs a good price, freeing up value for the attacking players <possible upgrade to Caglur Soyuncu for 0.7 more if you want to double up on Leicester defence)
MID – Sadio Mane (LIV | 12.4) – The big gun you must have. Taken off earlier against United so should play an active role. Already has 11 goals and 8 assist. <Captain choice>
MID – Mo Salah (LIV | 12.4) – Not easy to differentiate between him and Mane, also on 11 goals. Good to have both him and Mane on a Free Hit.
MID – Anthony Martial (MNU | 7.9) – United are good at home and with Rashford out, Martial will be playing upfront
MID – Mark Noble (WHU | 5.0) – The West Ham captain is a sure starter and is on penalty duties.
FWD – Sebestian Haller (WHU | 7.0) – The second West Ham asset I would have is Haller. Not on great scoring form but has 180 min to find the net.
FWD – Dominic Calvert Lewin (EVE | 6.0) – The boy is on fire under new management. Everton look good for a home win and a few goals against Newcastle.
FWD – Jamie Vardy (LEI | 10.1) – The Leicester forward has not scored in 5 games but he will be back at some point. At home against West Ham looks like a good starting point.
SUB1 – GK – David Button (BHA | 3.9) – Cheapest GK in the game
SUB2 – DF – Adam Webster (BHA | 4.4) – In an unlikely event that any of the players do not start, Webster is good value against Bournemouth.
SUB2 – MID – Isaac Hayden (NEW | 4.3) – The cheapest midfielder in the game who will get a game.
SUB3 – DEF – Ben Gibson (BUR | 3.9) – This slot has no value in a FREE HIT so just pick the cheapest DEF in the game.
