FPL GW31+ Stats and Preview

The Premier League is now well and truly underway after a full set of fixtures in GW30+.

We look at all the stats ahead of GW31+ – this gameweek starts in less than 24 hours before the end of GW30+, leaving FPL managers with a tight window to make all critical decisions.

Do note that we consider all runs and statistics in terms of gameweeks and not calendar days past.

What is the FPL Wildcard – and when to use it


#LEIBHA

  • Leicester have only won once in their last 6 games
  • Leicester have beaten Brighton 4 times in the past 5 Premier League meetings
  • Brighton’s victory over Arsenal was their first in 10 league games
  • Jamie Vardy is the top scorer in this fixture with 4 goals
  • Vardy is still the league top scorer with 19 goals but has only scored twice in his last 12 games
  • James Maddison has failed to score or assist in his last 9 games
  • Neal Maupay’s tally is now 9 goals, 6 more than the next Brighton player on the charts

#TOTWHU

  • Spurs have not won in 4 games
  • West Ham beat Spurs 1-0 in their visit to the New Tottenham Stadium last season
  • West Ham have five points from their last six games; they have conceded 12 goals over the period (second most)
  • Harry Kane has 8 league goals against West Ham
  • Dele Alli returns from suspension and is available for selection
  • Kane, Son and Alli are all available for selection for the first time since GW21
