FPL GW36 Picks
The focus this week must be on getting a Starting XI of players who do not blank.
FPL GW36 Picks – BUY
Michail Antonio (£6.5m / 6.5%)
Antonio escapes the recent form radar because of his return from injury, but he scored twice in his first game back against Burnley, and with West Ham’s upcoming fixtures (bha, wba, SOU), he is an ideal forward to own for the run-in.
At less than 7% ownership, he is also a nice differential.
Danny Ings (£8.4m / 6.6%)
Like Antonio, Ings is another great differential pick.
Southampton face (FUL, LEE, whu) for the run-in, and Ings has made a big return from injury rewarding his owners with 2 goals against Crystal Palace.
FPL GW36 Picks – SELL
Jamie Vardy (£10.2m / 19.8%)
With poor form, a blank in GW36 and difficult fixtures thereafter, Jamie Vardy is not making any argument to stay in our teams.
At £10m+ he is too expensive an asset to hold on to when he is not providing the goods.
Mason Mount (£7.3m / 18.5%)
Chelsea have awful fixtures for the run in (a blank in GW36 followed by Leicester and Aston Villa) so view any of their assets with caution.
Mount’s recent returns and underlying stats have been mediocre, so he is certainly at that juncture of poor form and fixtures.
FPL GW36 Picks – KEEP
Kelechi Iheanacho (£6.3m / 22.9%)
Iheanacho is the most sold player ahead of GW36, however, I am considering benching him for the blank and keeping him thereafter.
Leicester’s fixtures are poor; however, they have everything to play for and Iheanacho is cheap enough to justify his position.
Bruno Fernandes (£11.5m / 54.0%)
The second most sold player ahead of GW36, I plan to keep Bruno for the run-in.
Manchester United blank in GW36, which I am sure is the primary driving force for his mass exodus, but let’s not forget he plays Fulham and then Wolves in the final two gameweeks. He has just delivered 19 points in his last 3 appearances, which suggests a return to form.
