FPL GW37 Picks
No time to think; straight into the next gameweek.
FPL GW37 Picks – BUY
Mason Greenwood (£7.2m / 9.7%)
If, like me, you are looking for a decent replacement for Jota (and have a bit of spare cash in the bank) then look no further than Greenwood.
He has been in great form of late and his underlying stats look solid (as long as you filter them per 90 mins). Having been rested against Liverpool, he should be a sure-fire starter in Manchester United’s next match up against an already relegated Fulham. After this, he faces a lacklustre Wolves side, so is also a good bet for the final gameweek.
Che Adams (£5.7m / 5.0%)
With 20 points in his last 2 games, Che Adams is back to firing on all cylinders and is a nice differential option. He is also joint second, amongst forwards, for Key Passes and Big Chances Created which shows he can provide creativity as well as goals.
Southampton face a Leeds side who are not renown for clean sheets (although are improved of late) and then West Ham in the final gameweek. This feels like that nice convergence of form and fixtures.
FPL GW37 Picks – SELL
Diogo Jota (£7.0m / 13.3%)
Jota is out for the rest of the season with a foot injury. Get rid.
Ollie Watkins (£6.4m / 24.5%)
Aston Villa have one of the worst run-ins, facing Spurs and Chelsea in the final two gameweeks. My hand has been forced by the Jota injury but if I had a second transfer, I would use it shift out Watkins for one of the many options out there (most likely for Antonio).
FPL GW37 Picks – KEEP
Dominic Calvert-Lewin (£7.6m / 33.9%)
With blanks against both Aston Villa and Sheffield United, I can see why a lot of disgruntled owners are looking to part ways with Calvert-Lewin.
As a non-owner, I am afraid of him this week as Everton have a nice fixture against Wolves next. They play Man City in the final gameweek so if you are thinking of getting rid of DCL, do it then.
Jesse Lingard (£6.6m / 29.8%)
With four out of four blanks, us owners are getting a bit fed up of owning Lingard but beware of transferring him out. He has shown what he is capable of this year and West Ham have great fixtures for the run-in, playing West Brom and then Southampton in the final gameweek.
