FPL GW03 Wildcard
The FPL has began and it has began with some style.
The template players starred in GW01 and gave everyone the start they would have wanted. B
However, the second GW was not much delightful for many managers with Salah, Bruno and Hueng-Min Son blanking.
So here we present a wildcard team which can help boost your rank this GW.
FPL GW03 Wildcard
Robert Sanchez (4.5 | BHA) wasn’t able to keep a clean-sheet in GW01 which caused many mangers to transfer him out.
He showed his full talent against Watford where he kept a clean sheet and also helped his owners to improve their game week. He has some great fixtures up-next and will keep the goals in my fantasy team.
Jason Stelle (4.0 | BHA), the Brighton team-mate of Sanchez, will be our second GK. It is usually recommended to go for both the keepers from the same team so that one of them will surely start in case of other’s injury.
Trent-Alexander Arnold (7.5 | LIV) will be our most-expensive defender. TAA has started the season with an assist and keeping 2 clean-sheets in as many games. From GW03 onwards, Andrew Robertson will be back in Liverpool XI, perhaps increasing their chance of keeping more clean sheets.
Ruben Dias (6.0 | MCI) will be in our team as well. Dias played well against Norwich and City will always have a good chance of keeping a clean sheet, against any team. I strongly recommend Dias over Shaw.
Luke Ayling (4.5 | LEE) scored Leeds’ opening goal this season and has impressed. Tsimikas is likely to be relegated to the bench for Liverpool since Robertson is back and if there’s a player who can replace him, it’s Ayling.
He is creating chances and creating big chances and we’re going for him.
Sergio Reguilon (5.1 |TOT) is present in our team as well. He has performed exceptionally well till now and that’s the reason of his price increasing.
To finish off our defenders list, we’ve got Shane Duffy (4.1 | BHA) in our team.
Mo Salah (12.6 | LIV) yet again started his season with a bang. He assisted 2 and scored 1 goal to give a 17 points return to his owners on GW01.
He did blank against Burnley but was awfully unlucky to have a goal disallowed. He’ll be up against Chelsea on GW03, a team who hasn’t conceded a single goal till now and that means, he might not be a popular captain pick this weekend.
Bruno Fernandes (12.1 | MUN) scored a hat-trick against Leeds but like Salah, wasn’t able to do much in his second game. He was booked as well which means his points remain lower than Salah. However, he’ll be up against Wolves and that can be a great fixture for him. So we aren’t going anywhere else than him for this weekend. He’ll be our vice-captain this GW.
Said Benrahma (6.2 | WHU) has been an unstoppable asset this season scoring 2 and assisting 2 goals in as many games. Moreover, he has got some great fixtures up next and will definitely make into our team.
Ismaila Sarr (6.0 | WAT) has started the season nicely with 1 goal in 2 appearances and we can keep faith in him.
Josh Brownhill (4.5 | BUR) will be present in our team as well as a genuine enabler. He’s got some good fixtures up next and will definitely look to make an impact there.
Che Adams (7.0 | SOU) looked absolutely brilliant against Manchester United and with the inclusion of Adam Armstrong in the team, he will be an even better FPL asset to consider. He’s got some amazing fixtures up next and will be in our team.
Michail Antonio (7.7 | WHU) has became a FPL beast now. He’s got 3 goals and 3 assists in 2 games and has got the most number of points in these 2 GWs. He’s also got excellent fixtures up next and will be our captain for this GW against Crystal Palace at home. Leaving him outside your team can prove very costly for you due to his form.
Dominic-Calvert Lewin (8.1 | EVE) will sum up our team. He has looked great till now with 2 goals in as many games. He can be a popular differential too with just 15% ownership and great fixtures.
